People and Operations Coordinator – North Carolina, USA

Position Profile

This role is based at our United States HQ Office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Your experience and expertise in a growing, fast-paced HR environment make you a great partner in providing a seamless operational and employee experience. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources & Operations, you will provide comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of Globalfaces in the USA. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, leaders, and teams on issues related to policy, programs, processes and legislation, responding to inquiries, managing requests and problem-solving to provide effective solutions. Being a proactive problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail will make you successful in this role.

What you will do

  • Partner closely with  Director, HR and Senior Leadership to execute HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee life cycle and data integrity.
  • Become an HR technology super-user, identifying ways we can get the most from our tools and shift towards further automating our processes while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Support the implementation of corporate wide and various HR programs and initiatives.
  • Own the administration of staff orientation and benefits, including E-Verify and Form I-9 across the organization.
  • Partner with our Finance Team on payroll information, processes and information flow related to payroll.
  • Brainstorm and draft internal communications with the support of the greater HR and Ops Team to provide all levels of staff with information and  updates. 
  • Manages various state agency requests.
  • Cross-trains with Sales Operations to enhance organizational knowledge and flexibility.

What You Bring to the role

Your Experience

  • 1+ years of experience as an HR Administrator, or equivalent role.

Your Skills, Competencies , Qualities & Abilities

  • Delivery driven with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • A strong and clear communicator with superb written and verbal communications skills.
  • Able to learn and champion new softwares and systems. 
  • A natural relationship builder, and have the ability to build trust.
  • Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactively problem solves and anticipates potential challenges.
  • Highly proficient in Computer Literacy, specifically in MS Office Applications and  Google Suite.

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or related discipline preferred
