HR & OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR – North Carolina, USA

Position Profile

This role is based at our United States HQ Office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The HR & Operations Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of Globalfaces operations in the USA. You will act as the first point of contact for human resource (HR) and operation related queries from employees and external partners. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. What you will do

  • Maintain internal and external databases with employee information,
  • Assist in employee lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding,
  • Facilitate I-9 orientation,
  • Oversee employee benefits administration,
  • Manage state and city permitting requests,
  • Respond to and processes employee requests and inquiries,
  • Assist or prepare correspondence as requested,
  • Oversees office inventory and orders supplies as needed,
  • Manages various state agency requests,
  • Cross-trains with Sales Operations to enhance organizational knowledge and flexibility,
  • Assists the Director, Human Resource & Operations with HR and Operations goals and projects as they arise
  • Process correspondence, shipment and mail.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the role

Your Experience

  • 1+ years of experience as an HR Administrator, or equivalent role.

Your Skills, Competencies , Qualities & Abilities

  • Strong and effective communication skills through phone, email and in-person.
  • Solid understanding of relevant US Employment Laws.
  • Ability to collaborate and enable teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem solver with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Highly proficient in Computer Literacy, specifically in MS Office Applications and  Google Suite.

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or related discipline preferred
