Matt’s expertise stems from managing complex call center – BPO environments and handling full-scale operations for large field sales teams inclusive of logistics, dispatch and client management. Matt has a proven track record of success in the implementation and growth of IBTM, OBTM and Field Sales Campaigns running upwards of 100,000 products per year respectively. Matt’s experience as Director of Campaign Management, Canada for Cydcor for 3 years gave him the direct knowledge and expertise to develop, lead and run all operational activities for Globalfaces since inception. Cameron Nott Chief Acquisition Officer Cameron our Chief Acquisition Officer, started his career with Globalfaces 6 years ago in Donor Acquisition, working on multiple charities and meeting face-to-face with donors. Cam was a huge contributor to Globalfaces success in opening multiple office locations for our canvassing teams across North America. Cam started his career in construction as a Journeyman Carpenter, changing careers paths early on, recognizing the growth and opportunity Globalfaces offered working with some of North America’s largest charities. Cam is currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona, combining his love for our industry and his love for golf all in one location! Amy Korosi SVP, Data & Technology Amy is leading our newly formed Data & Business Intelligence division. Amy is a dynamic and results-driven Data professional with over 20 years of experience. She joins us from HBC where she implemented unit economics and delivered more than a few large data technology migrations. She possesses a deep understanding of leveraging data analytics to derive actionable insights having worked for companies such as Rogers & CIBC. At Globalfaces Amy heads up our Data Strategy and our day to day Data Platform Management. Aaron Sapra SVP, Growth Strategy and Client Care Aaron is Globalfaces’ Senior Vice President of Growth Strategy and Client Care. In this role, Aaron is responsible for ensuring that Globalfaces remains on a continued path of expansion while also ensuring the overall satisfaction of Globalfaces’ large and varied customer base. A specialist in the areas of relationship management, partnership oversight, account stewardship and people development, Aaron’s 20-year career has seen him shepherd teams for numerous organizations in verticals ranging from travel to consumer technology to non-profits. Matt Ing SVP, Finance Matt leads the Finance team at Globalfaces as the Senior Vice President of Finance. He has over 15 years of experience in successfully managing a diverse range of finance and operational functions. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Finance & Controller at HBC, where he oversaw accounting functions across multiple countries and worked on strategic initiatives. Matt is a Chartered Professional Accountant and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Keegan Nikiforuk SVP, Donor Acquisition & Field Operations Keegan is the Senior Vice President of Donor Acquisition & Field Operations for Globalfaces. Keegan has over 8 years experience leading and managing large teams in the face-to-face industry. He began his career in November 2016 on the west coast of Canada as a fundraising representative. Over the years Keegan has operated as a sales leader in the space, driving growth and enabling donor acquisition both across Canada and the US. Josh Dhanpal VP, Partnerships Josh is the VP of Partnerships for Globalfaces and has been with the company since July 2015. Josh began his career here as a Customer Success Manager, building relationships and actioning day-to-day deliverables for more than a dozen of the company’s F2F partners. In late 2017, Josh changed directions and began focusing on new client acquisition for Globalfaces’ upcoming American launch. Since then, his role has centered on building a robust business development department which focuses on new client acquisition, relationship building and strategic advancement across North America. Josh graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2013 and continues to be an active member of the alumni community. Prior to joining Globalfaces, Josh worked with a sports analytics start-up for two years, where he had the opportunity to pursue his passion in sports and develop his entrepreneurial skills. Michael Blakely VP Business Development Michael’s sales background and success in cold calling led to the 2008 founding of HCB, a contact centre speciating in charity and non-profit programs. Michael’s vision was to turn traditional tele-fundraising into a more intimate, creative and donor focused process. Starting from a small team of 6 outbound callers, Michael grew HCB into a full service inbound/outbound contact centre offering donor centered programs for charities across North America. After the acquisition of HCB by Globalfaces in 2022, Michael now serves as the VP Business Development – North America with a focus on new client acquisition and building long term partner relationships. With over 15 year experience in the non-profit and call centre space Michael is ideally positioned to help his clients create effective, donor focused, donor acquisition solutions. Cameron Tora VP, Technology Cameron is leading our technology department. Cameron has a proven track record of building resilient support teams across various technology stacks, eliminating technical debt, and excellent customer service; he and his teams are known for operational excellence. He joins us from Saks Fifth Avenue where he led international teams focused on System Integrations, Robotic Process Automation, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence. Prior to his time at Saks, Cameron led a team of data engineers in Bell’s Customer Experience division, with a primary focus on call center data. Sharon Khan-Torrance AVP, Human Resources Strategy As Globalfaces’ Assistant VP of Human Resources Strategy, Sharon provides strategy and leadership in the development, implementation and management of Globalfaces’ comprehensive human resources programs. Leveraging her 8+ years in HR, she has led strategic and operational HR activities in Compliance, Leadership Development, Training, Recruitment, Health & Safety as well as Organizational Behavior across various industries including Software Development, Media & Insurance. Curious and always open to new thinking, Sharon fosters Globalfaces’ culture and provides leadership to ensure that HR activities support the achievement of our business strategy.
