As a Donor Service Representative, you will answer inbound calls and verify donor information. In this role, you will be trained on every discipline to provide our donors and fundraisers with the best in class verification services. What you will do Tending to daily inbound and donor calls; Effectively manage donor concerns to help acquire the highest number of long-term donors and donations; Maintain stellar knowledge of charities, quality and compliance standards. What you bring Basic knowledge of Windows PC and strong data entry skills. Previous call center, sales or fundraising experience is an asset. Excellent verbal skills and listening skills.
