Role Profile

The Campaign Launch Manager plays a critical, high-impact role in driving the successful onboarding and execution of face-to-face and outbound campaigns for our clients. This position is centered on ensuring that client goals are seamlessly aligned with internal capabilities, setting the stage for successful campaign launches from day one. With a focus on GF margin, client ROI, and staff opportunity, the Campaign Launch Manager will oversee the integration of campaign elements with a strategic eye on maximizing efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering team development.

As a proactive project leader, the Campaign Launch Manager thrives in fast-paced environments, managing complex workflows and collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders. This role demands strong organizational and problem-solving skills, combined with a technical proficiency that ensures campaigns are executed flawlessly, driving positive business outcomes for both the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Clients and CS Managers to gather campaign requirements, goals, and targets. Ensure that campaign details are translated into production for Data and Technology integration, with a focus on maintaining a strong alignment with client ROI.
  • Proactively gather and clarify key campaign information to ensure that client expectations are aligned with realistic deliverables, driving maximum client satisfaction and measurable client ROI.
  • Manage the onboarding and launch process as a high-priority project, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and communications with stakeholders are fully aligned with company goals to maximize GF margin.
  • Oversee the readiness of all campaign components, ensuring that operations are set to begin on schedule and that resources are optimized for both internal and client success, directly impacting staff opportunity and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a reliable partner, communicating proactively to address any client questions or concerns and driving solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Identify risks or potential challenges during the launch phase and swiftly implement solutions, ensuring that any issues are escalated promptly to avoid delays and protect the GFD Margin.
  • Maintain accurate records of all campaign onboarding and launch activities, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stages of the process.
  • Provide regular updates to internal and client stakeholders, tracking key milestones and progress. Ensure that reports reflect Client ROI and the overall success of the campaign.
  • Continuously assess and improve onboarding and launch processes, striving for greater operational efficiency, improved Client ROI, and enhanced team engagement, thus creating more staff opportunity for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to foster and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative environment that enhances Client ROI and Staff Opportunity.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management, client onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira), with a preference for Monday.com, to ensure efficient task tracking and workflow management
  • Nice to have: Experience with implementing payment tools and/or CRM platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and maximize operational Margin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to maximize Client ROI.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics, with the ability to work with performance metrics and KPIs to ensure ongoing optimization and client success.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong troubleshooting ability, ensuring smooth campaign execution and aligning with the strategic goals of both the client and internal teams.
